What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own employment verification/background screening end-to-end, ensure compliance, resolve discrepancies, and support clients with clear call/email communication and reliable process execution.

I help organizations run end-to-end employment verification with an emphasis on accuracy and compliance. In my recent role, I managed employment verification processes from initiation through research and strategy support.

I’ve conducted employment, address, resume, and ID verifications as part of background screening operations. I review and analyze candidate documents, employment records, and verification details to ensure they meet company policies and client-specific requirements.
