I’m a compliance and forensic background verification professional with experience at KPMG India, where I was promoted from Forensic Analyst to Associate Consultant. I focus on accuracy, integrity, and risk mitigation while handling sensitive information with strict confidentiality.

My core work includes end-to-end Background Verification (BGV): employment checks, identity validation, supervisor and reference checks, and discrepancy analysis. I identify red flags and fraud detection indicators, support risk-informed hiring decisions, and prepare detailed investigative reports.

I also bring strong due diligence investigation skills, supported by research methodologies and risk assessment. I’m comfortable managing high-volume verification cases while maintaining TAT adherence and aligning with compliance and regulatory standards.

Earlier, I gained operational and communication experience in customer-facing support roles, strengthening my stakeholder coordination and record-keeping discipline in CRM systems. I’m now seeking opportunities in Background Verification, Employment Screening, Compliance Operations, and Risk Advisory.
