I'm looking for opportunities in HR operations, background verification, or talent acquisition where I can manage client relationships, improve processes, mentor teams, and deliver reliable results within SLAs.

At Talentployer, I oversee end-to-end background verification lifecycles, including employment, education, identity, criminal-record, and database checks. I manage vendor relationships with Hello Verify, First Advantage, and HireRight while delivering reports within strict turnaround times.
