I’m looking to lead client solutions and quality improvements—using bilingual communication, high-stakes negotiation, and data-driven QC—to boost retention and service excellence. I want a team where coaching and continuous improvement are valued.

I am a highly skilled bilingual (English/Spanish) Client Solutions Specialist focused on complex client management, dispute resolution, and operational leadership. In high-stakes cases involving financial hardship and missing payments, I apply negotiation to reach mutually beneficial outcomes and strengthen client retention.

As a Quality Control Specialist, I developed and implemented Quality Control (QC) metrics for client service interactions, improving service quality. I also co-built monthly and quarterly performance reports with data-driven insights and delivered weekly coaching to refine call handling and ensure adherence to departmental quality standards.

Alongside my client operations work, I bring academic and institutional leadership experience as an Academic Sub-Director and General Coordinator. I led instructional and institutional process optimization, supervised teams, managed curriculum and learning systems (LMS), oversaw archives, and supported hiring, training, and academic program planning.
