I'm looking to build scalable customer-success and strategic-account systems that improve retention, customer outcomes, forecasting, and cross-functional accountability.

I've built customer-success and strategic-account operating models across Southern Technical College, BusinessCheckup.info, and Corinthian/Everest Online. My work turns fragmented stakeholder engagement, onboarding, reporting, follow-up, and escalation processes into repeatable systems tied to customer outcomes.

At Southern Technical College, I led employer and stakeholder relationship strategy and service operations supporting 600+ participants annually. Earlier, I rebuilt a 50-person customer-contact organization, reducing attrition from approximately 45% to below 10% in eight months, and led business-development systems that supported approximately $865K in first-year revenue.
