I’m a healthcare operations professional and Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with 15+ years of experience across outpatient rehabilitation, home health, credentialing, and fully remote patient engagement. I focus on coordinating complex referral workflows, reviewing clinical documentation, and supporting continuity of care so patients reach the right services on time.

In my current role as a Remote Patient Engagement Partner on the Referral Team, I coordinate 50–75 specialty referrals daily and manage scheduling turnaround times by verifying diagnoses, insurance requirements, and referral criteria. I also serve as the primary point of contact for 30+ patients daily, resolving referral, scheduling, insurance, and care coordination questions while maintaining an exceptional patient experience.

I’m passionate about improving healthcare quality and patient outcomes through innovative clinical operations. I review medical records in Epic, collaborate cross-functionally with physicians and prior authorization specialists, identify documentation gaps, and ensure HIPAA compliance while optimizing high-volume, fully remote workflows.
