At The NATIONAL BOARD of ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY, I’m the point of contact for applicants across all five examinations. I review and approve applications and verify physicians’ medical licenses.
I work with Professional Testing, INC and Pearson VUE to accommodate and schedule applicants, including internationally. I also serve as staff liaison to exam-writing committees and create yearly budgets for committee meetings.
Earlier, I provided administrative support at Cardiovascular credentialing international, including entering application data and processing payments. Across my customer service and administrative roles, I’ve handled client support, dispute resolution, and payment processing.
