I’m seeking an opportunity where I can apply my knowledge and skills to provide exceptional patient care. I’ve completed an Associate’s Degree in Health Services Administration, and I hold Phlebotomy/EKG national and state certification.

In clinical-focused training, I perform venipuncture and dermal puncture, handle specimen processing and tube labeling, and perform 12lead EKG. I also bring strong compliance and clinical awareness through HIPAA compliance, arrhythmia recognition, and medical terminology, along with experience preparing rooms for exams and procedures.

In addition to healthcare training, I bring operational leadership from managing retail roles where I hired, trained, and oversaw 3-7 employees, generated reports using a handheld scanner/inventory management machine, and supported accurate inventory through RFID scanners. I’m customer-service focused, organized, and comfortable with billing/invoicing and administrative tasks while representing a “store brand ambassador.”
