I'm looking to lead global IT service delivery, technical roadmaps, cloud infrastructure, and operational-improvement initiatives while partnering closely with stakeholders and building high-performing support teams.

At Stratogent Technology Services, I lead a 24x7 global engineering team supporting US and EU customers through an onsite-offshore delivery model. I drive technical roadmaps and infrastructure initiatives including Active Directory upgrades, PKI deployment, site deployments, and cloud networking.

I'm the primary escalation point for complex technical incidents, providing timely stakeholder communication and helping business units define service offerings and SLAs aligned to strategic goals.

Across more than 10 years at Stratogent, I've designed and troubleshot AWS and Azure infrastructure with a focus on high availability and disaster recovery, mentored junior support staff, and improved operations through performance reporting, ITIL practices, AI, automation, and data-driven insights.
