At Niyo, I improved eSIM GMV by 53% in the first month after launch by benchmarking competitors, renegotiating vendor pricing, and optimizing retail prices across top travel destinations. I also built pricing tools used daily by 500+ relationship managers and improved in-app search success from about 27% to 85%+.
I redesigned Niyo's WhatsApp referral flow, migrated it from Gupshup to CleverTap, lifted deliverability from 55.6% to 70%+, and drove 382 first-month onboardings at ₹0 CAC. Through 200+ user interviews across eSIM and travel insurance, I investigate funnel drop-offs and turn customer feedback into product decisions.
My work spans product strategy and applied AI: at Swanly AI, I wrote PRDs and translated dating-app feedback into insights, while at IIT Patna's AI-NLP-ML Lab I developed an LLM recommendation framework that increased novelty by 170%, catalog coverage by 280%, and reduced bias by 63%.
