I launched ChatPDF and a conversational flow for the AI assistant, driving 4x monetisation growth and achieving 150% of the target. Later, I improved ChatPDF’s core experience and grew its users 5x, and launched an AI-powered Literature Review feature with a 2.75% free-to-paid conversion ratio.
At Plaksha Capstone, Palo Alto Strategy Group, I built and deployed an LLM chatbot on Amazon Bedrock that achieved 90% accuracy while keeping inference cost below 2% of budget. I also conducted user interviews and market research, iterating on the solution through four prototypes.
