I am an AI and machine learning focused product manager, experienced in taking AI-powered systems from requirements through deployment. My background in human–computer interaction and machine learning helps me balance user needs with technical feasibility.

I have built conversational AI systems, LLM-assisted agents, and end-to-end ML pipelines, and I routinely use data and user research to inform product decisions. Key achievements include developing an onboarding LLM agent framework, owning a conversational booking system from requirements to deployment, and delivering an interpretable clinical referral classifier.

I collaborate across engineering, design, and business teams, and I focus on accessibility-aware, user-centred design while applying strong technical skills in Python, PyTorch, NLP, and cloud deployment to produce robust, production-ready AI features.
