What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use business analytics and data interpretation to turn HR and workplace information into clear reports, while continuing to build practical skills in tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.

I supported end-to-end recruitment as an HR Associate at Precot Meridian Pvt Ltd, handling candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, and recruitment records. I also coordinated employee onboarding paperwork and day-to-day administrative operations.

I analyzed employee satisfaction survey data from different work shifts, wrote reports, and suggested improvements to food quality and service effectiveness. I’m building my business analytics toolkit through Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, and MySQL, so I can help teams make data-driven decisions.
