What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support or infrastructure role where I can resolve workplace technology issues, support identity and endpoint environments, and contribute in rotating or 24/7 operations.

At Om Systems and Services, I deliver first-level technical support for Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, VPN, and network connectivity issues, helping reduce recurring incidents.

I administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID accounts, group permissions, MFA support, and password resets to support smooth employee onboarding and offboarding. I also document tickets, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in ITSM systems including Jira and ServiceNow while meeting SLA timelines.

I manage workstation setup, device imaging, hardware configuration, equipment deployment, and IT asset inventory. For remote employees, I use secure support tools such as ScreenConnect while maintaining HIPAA and security best practices.

I'm adaptable to rotating shifts and global 24/7 technical monitoring environments, and I coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve critical hardware and networking issues.
