What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in infrastructure support, system administration, endpoint management, and enterprise IT operations where I can strengthen my troubleshooting skills, support users at scale, and grow technically.

I'm supporting enterprise users at iSource Infosystems on the Infosys client account, resolving high-volume incidents and service requests across multiple business units while maintaining SLA compliance.

I troubleshoot Windows devices, Active Directory, Entra ID, SCCM, BitLocker, VPN, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Group Policy, endpoint compliance, and user-access issues. I also perform root cause analysis and coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, Network, and Application Support teams on complex incidents.

Previously, I provided desktop, hardware, network, remote-support, VMware Horizon, asset-management, and vendor-coordination support at Nabla Infotech. I also contributed to content analysis, data validation, and quality assurance for the Google Fitbit project at GlobalLogic.
