I've been working for Netcracker Technology since 2017
I was involved in digital transformation of BSS projects: GCI Alaska, USA, and Telefonica, Ecuador. I started as a Business support analyst, was promoted to Senior Business System Analyst / proxy Product owner and finaly got a position of Lead Business Analyst / Group Manager.

Responsibilities & Achievements as a Lead Business Analyst / Group Manager:

• overall business analyst lead involved in coordinating work of 8+ streams consisting of 10+ BAs;

• participation in activities such as interviewing, hiring, project staffing, orienting and training of employees, planning and evaluating of group activities, BA skills assessment, and development of growth opportunities;

• performed E2E scope coverage of a full-stack solution and business processes discovery & optimization (monitored team progress, managed BA team, delivered documentation and acceptance, managed escalations and conflicts);

• conducted discovery sessions with the business stakeholders to define business requirements;

• facilitated workshops with business stakeholders on aspects of scope clarification, design coordination, and product demonstrations to both technical and non-technical audiences;

• improved the process of transferring knowledge about new change requests between the BA/Dev/QA/Support teams. The result of these changes is:

- 30% increase in the quality of releases delivered to the customer;
- improved communication and knowledge-sharing process within the project team;

• trained 10+ new employees;

Before Netcracker, I had an expirienve as a web-developer.

• communicated with stakeholders (collecting and prioritization technical requirements);

• prepared technical specifications;

• developed the front-end part of the web-based application: HTML5, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, JavaScript, PHP, CodeIgniter;
