At ENTARIAN, I maintain and support production NOAA web properties, troubleshoot application issues, and provide technical support to users through Jira. I also handle security and module updates, patching, and custom Drupal development.
I support the modernization of a legacy custom PHP NOAA application to Drupal, contributing across requirements, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Previously at PLURIBUS DIGITAL, I supported Department of Commerce production Drupal applications and Azure CI/CD deployments. I also worked with stakeholders on application changes and production issues, and provided technical guidance and mentoring.
At PERATON, I provided application, system, and end-user support in a federal environment, including Windows Active Directory and Exchange administration. I also developed and supported Drupal applications and worked with Java/JEE and database-backed enterprise technologies.
