At Conselara, I develop and maintain Drupal platforms for AHRQ and ONC, including Drupal 10-to-11 upgrades, code refactoring, and new features. I also monitor AHRQ infrastructure and security, plan its migration from Acquia to AWS, and develop AI pilots to improve AHRQ processes.
For ONC, I provide application maintenance, systems monitoring, and root cause analysis across more than 50 servers. Since mid-2026, I’ve taken on expanded AWS infrastructure and DevSecOps responsibilities for HealthIT.gov, including vulnerability scanning, patch management, and on-call support.
At GovernmentCIO, I supported FDA.gov’s Drupal platform and AWS infrastructure, contributing to infrastructure re-engineering with Terraform and AWS. I managed automated deployments and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab, and provided technical consultation and training.
At Innoppl Inc., I led FDA’s migration from a legacy content management system to Drupal 8 and developed an automated Drupal upgrade tool. Earlier, at Vibra-Tech Engineers, Inc., I led a Symfony framework migration and developed web, mobile, and data tools, including a gauge-data update that reduced duplication and server load.
