At Appalachian Regional Healthcare, I work on Data Integration and Health Information Exchange implementations that connect client EMR systems and deliver clinical patient data. I create HL7 interface mapping specifications and validate data exchanged between EMR/EHR systems.
At Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana, I worked on integrating FACETS with legacy and third-party applications, including claims, enrollment, and provider data. I analyzed HIPAA 5010 EDI transactions and supported data mapping and validation.
For the State of Arkansas- Dept. of Human Services, I worked on the Arkansas Child Care System, documenting requirements and supporting system integration for a system serving child care eligibility, payments, and reporting. I also developed an Access Database prototype to track PMO project status.
At Sierra Health Services, I supported the transition from a legacy system to FACETS, including data mapping, integration testing, and UAT. Across these roles, I’ve worked with healthcare and public-sector systems, using SQL, ServiceNow, and data visualization tools to support analysis and delivery.
