I’m an aspiring Human Resources professional with 6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Team Management. I progressed from HR Intern to HR Executive and then HR Team Lead at A Business Studio through strong performance and leadership.

In my HR Team Lead role, I sourced and screened 200+ candidate profiles across multiple roles using LinkedIn and other recruitment channels. I coordinated interviews, candidate follow-ups, and hiring processes, strengthening candidate engagement and response rates. I also led and mentored a team of HR interns to ensure timely completion of recruitment activities and reporting.

I worked closely with 20+ college placement cells and TPOs to facilitate hiring drives, internship opportunities, and virtual pre-placement talks. This experience shaped how I communicate clearly with stakeholders and keep recruitment processes moving smoothly.

Alongside recruitment, I supported brand visibility as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Social Parindee by contributing to content planning and social media campaigns. I’ve also completed a Human Resources Internship Certification (A Business Studio) and a Social Media Marketing Internship Certification (Social Parindee), reinforcing my commitment to learning and impact.
