I am an IT administration professional with over 4.7 years of hands-on experience specializing in Exchange Online and Onpremises, Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting. I have worked as an Analyst at HCL TECHNOLOGIES supporting Thomson Reuters and currently serve as a Cloud / Infra Transformation Analyst at ACCENTURE for Corebridge Financial.

My day-to-day responsibilities include user provisioning and deprovisioning, license management, Azure group-based licensing, SharePoint Online design and administration, Microsoft Teams administration, and resolving an average of 15 tickets and SRs per week while maintaining documentation and audit-ready configurations. I have implemented security controls such as conditional access policies, Sensitivity Labels, DLP, MFA, eDiscovery hold, and I maintain anti-phishing/anti-spam/anti-malware policies, quarantined email handling, Exchange Server AVP and cumulative updates, and compliance reporting.

I am pursuing MS-900 and AZ-500 (Azure Security Engineer Associate) to deepen my security expertise and continue contributing to cloud and Microsoft 365 transformations. I bring a strong combination of technical troubleshooting, security-focused administration, and process documentation to help teams improve reliability and compliance.
