At BrainRocket, I develop ScriptRunner Groovy automations for Jira Data Center and Cloud, including listeners, post-functions, and console scripts. I also connect Jira with n8n through webhooks and Automation for Jira rules.

I've implemented custom Jira projects across business, software, HR, and design, and participated in Jira Data Center-to-Cloud migrations, moving content to a new Jira instance. I configure projects and spaces and troubleshoot Jira issues.

At EPAM Systems, I developed automations for Atlassian products using Automation for Jira and Python scripts via REST API. I also set up service request, incident, and problem management in Jira, and supported the Atlassian Cloud organization.

Earlier, at SoftWerke, I supported Kaltura Media Space and Kaltura Pitch, and worked on Atlassian enterprise applications. I established a knowledge base with clear instructions to help support teams investigate and resolve issues.
