I’m a Senior Product Manager focused on fintech payments, disputes, and fraud prevention. In my current role, I owned a B2B dispute-prevention platform across the Verifi/Ethoca ecosystem—leading OKRs/KPIs, new integrations, and a platform redesign.
I measure impact through performance and revenue: I increased alert-to-transaction matching accuracy from 80% to 95%, delivered ~20% QoQ product revenue growth, and built reliable dispute-prevention logic across inconsistent payloads and regulation changes. I also built and managed a remote engineering team, handling hiring, onboarding, and delivery.
Previously, I owned core client-facing software for university and enterprise meeting recording products, implemented Scrum from scratch, and delivered 21 on-time project implementations (each €200k+).
