At Brandon Trust, I manage Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopatch for 800+ Windows endpoints, investigate update failures, and coordinate remediation. I also develop PowerShell and Azure Automation solutions for endpoint administration and reporting.
I created a Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse and integrated its data with Power BI for reporting and analysis. I’m working with Technical Architects and Data Engineers on data warehouse migration planning, including Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers and access restrictions.
Previously, I led P1/P2 major incident coordination at Ericsson Global Services, running bridge calls and coordinating technical teams through service restoration. Across my roles, I’ve supported Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise systems, and built operational reporting with Microsoft Graph API, Azure SQL, and Power BI.
