I’m looking to transition to corporate HR, where I can build structured, data-driven talent and learning systems, strengthen employer branding, and scale leadership development—leading teams that value performance, engagement, and continuous organizational improvement.

I’m a people-oriented HR professional with 3+ years of leadership experience in talent management, recruitment, and organizational development across a dynamic international NGO environment. I’ve built structured HR processes and data-driven systems that improve retention, engagement, performance, and succession planning.

Most recently, as Head of Human Resources & Organizational Development at AIESEC Romania, I designed and implemented national HR strategies across 13 local entities for 700+ members—leading end-to-end learning programs and monitoring engagement through data-driven performance systems. Earlier, as President and as Head of Marketing (Talent Acquisition), I led cross-functional teams, drove employer branding and talent sourcing, and delivered measurable culture change using the ADKAR methodology.
