What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote scheduling, language services, medical interpretation, or language data coordination work where I can manage high-volume requests, support clients and distributed teams, maintain quality and compliance, and take ownership of deadlines.

I've coordinated 16–24 daily medical interpretation encounters at Vilsal Language Services, connecting healthcare clients, patients, and Swahili-English interpreters across phone and video sessions.

Previously at Homeland Language Services, I managed 18–25 medical encounters daily, scheduling pharmacy, lab, and clinical appointments while maintaining detailed session records and preventing misunderstandings through structured clarification. At RWS Group and Appen, I coordinated distributed linguist and contributor teams, tracked workstreams, vendor performance, and scheduling milestones, and improved workflows to reduce turnaround time.

I'm currently coordinating translation and review of 8,000–12,000 words weekly at Future Trans, maintaining terminology consistency, proactive client communication, and publication-ready quality.
