What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a networking professional role in a challenging company that gives me ample scope for developing my talents.

At Foodhub software solutions, I support restaurant technology systems and Foodhub software platforms. I install and troubleshoot EPOS and APOS systems, payment devices, and network connectivity, and I provide remote support to restaurant clients.

I also perform User Acceptance Testing for Foodhub software updates and report defects through Jira. Previously, at Tech Mahindra, I supported Telstra customers with broadband, NBN, Wi-Fi, and IP phone issues; earlier, I handled medical claims at R1 RCM and Access Healthcare.
