As a Bilingual Interpreter for DALs, I handle medical terminology, asylum-seeking protocols, and Universal Credit for UK government units. I also teach Vietnamese at Survival Vietnamese.
At the Macau Scientific and Cultural Centre Museum, I held an FCT scholarship, onboarded interns, and organized international symposiums and events. I’ve also worked in customer service at Buwelo, where I scored above 90% for customer satisfaction, and in secretary roles supporting cooperation between Spanish and Vietnamese companies.
