I’m looking to apply my AI training and prompt engineering skills to improve content quality, while working with a collaborative, fast-paced team that values accuracy, clear documentation, and continuous improvement.

I’m an adaptable, results-driven professional with experience across hospitality, healthcare, customer service, and IT. I work best in fast-paced environments, using strong organisation and clear communication to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Since Nov 2024, I’ve worked as an “Outlier (Ireland) Freelance AI Trainer,” where I evaluate AI outputs, rank responses for quality, and provide improvement insights. I refine prompts to better align with human intent and review AI workflows to increase content generation efficiency and quality.

Previously at Workhuman (Ireland), I served as a Customer Service Executive, delivering friendly, efficient support while handling enquiries and resolving issues. I also mentored new team members, maintained documentation and reporting, and escalated complex cases to management to ensure smooth resolutions.
