At the Department of the Navy, I coordinate eligibility, enrollment, referrals, authorizations, claims, and Line of Duty care with clinicians, commands, providers, TRICARE contractors, and beneficiaries.
I manage approximately 80 complex cases weekly, often more than 100. I reconcile records across systems, document findings, track open actions, and follow cases through resolution.
I developed a Line of Duty protocol, a Know Before You Go guide, and check-in/check-out guidance. I also prepare workload reports and briefings for medical facility leadership.
Previously, at ERP International, I coordinated disability evaluation cases among service members, clinicians, military commands, DoD, and VA. At Sterling Medical, I maintained medical records, processed information releases, verified eligibility, and corrected documentation across military healthcare systems.
