I am an experienced ServiceNow Software Team Lead with a proven track record in developing, implementing, and enforcing IT policies and procedures across various industries. My expertise lies in leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and ensuring that technology solutions align with business requirements. I hold an active Top-Secret clearance and am certified in ITIL and ServiceNow.

In my current role at SAIC, I monitor and manage the ServiceNow ITSM application suite, lead functional workshops, and design CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes. My experience includes integrating ServiceNow with Azure AD for automated user provisioning, which significantly reduced onboarding time. I have successfully spearheaded Greenfield ServiceNow deployments, establishing architecture and governance from the ground up, and have a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
