What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a customer success or partner support role in real estate or proptech, preferably remote, though I’m open to in-person work.

At Legal Monkeys, I was promoted from Records Specialist to Processor after managing more than 200 cases per week. I now review the work of 8–10 Records Specialists, maintain detailed case records, and communicate with healthcare providers by chat, phone, and email.

As a part-time agent at SpaceLP Realty, I’ve closed five rental transactions and one home sale for clients in the Houston area. I’ve also led chapel courses and student groups, and trained a new processor at Legal Monkeys.
