What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a client-facing role where I can lead onboarding, training, and process improvements in a collaborative company that values customer success, cross-functional problem solving, and opportunities to apply QA and technical support skills for measurable impact.

I am a lifelong learner and experienced customer service professional with a strong foundation in training, team-building, and relationship management. I served as the main point of contact for over 300 clients, led onboarding and ongoing training for web, on-hold, and video services, and consistently translated client needs into accessible digital resources and solution-focused content.

I have contributed to product quality as a Software QA Tester by testing CRM systems, customer portals, and video apps and by maintaining detailed records of bugs and feedback. As a department lead I managed and developed a high-performing team, advocated for improved user experience, optimized documentation and processes, and remain active in cross-departmental leadership and volunteer program governance.
