I’m a versatile, strong-minded professional with a proven ability to adapt and excel across communications, research, reporting, design, internal systems, people-facing roles, and IT. I hold an MSc Health Psychology with a Distinction (1 Equivalent) and a BSCP Psychology (2:1), and I’m drawn to work where leadership drives organisational efficiency and delivers impactful results.
In my current Central Operations Assistant role, I help a mid-sized hospitality business run optimally by keeping internal files and systems up to date, handling external and internal communications, producing weekly reporting, and designing training guides using Canva. I also coordinate travel and event logistics (transport, accommodation, hotel, and venue hire), while earlier experience includes publishing research projects through my LJMU work, and supporting improvements to Triparted Communication. I’ve complemented this with wellbeing-focused roles, including healthcare marketing support, classroom assistance with ASD using ABA therapy, and telephone befriending alongside a Psychology Placement experience in Sri Lanka.
