I’m a dedicated Early Childhood Educator with over 5 years of experience in classroom instruction, curriculum planning, and student development within NC Pre-K and elementary education settings. I bring strong expertise in child development, classroom management, family engagement, and state compliance standards.

As an NC Pre-K Lead Teacher and Supervising Teacher, I develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with North Carolina Pre-K standards, lead daily instruction across academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development, and conduct student assessments with accurate documentation. I create inclusive, nurturing, and structured learning environments that support kindergarten readiness while maintaining licensing regulations, safety standards, and program requirements.

I also supervise and mentor classroom staff, collaborate with administrators and specialists, and build strong family partnerships through regular communication, conferences, and progress updates. With a North Carolina Birth-Kindergarten Teaching License and CPR/First Aid certification, I’m committed to helping young learners grow—academically, socially, and emotionally.
