What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a software engineering or technical role where I can apply and grow both my coding and IT support skills.

At Service Electric Company, I configured and deployed end-user devices, handled account security, and resolved hardware, software, and network issues through the IT Helpdesk. I also used Excel and AI-assisted tools to standardize IT processes and create training materials.

At Best Buy Geek Squad, I diagnosed and repaired iOS, macOS, Windows, and Android devices, performed functional testing, and handled service-center escalations and data recovery. I earned the Geek Squad Badge for 18 months of exemplary service.

On the Cake Game project for the UTC ACM Game Jam, I built a Pygame game with a teammate and implemented sprite collision, world borders, debugging tools, and a camera that follows the player. I’m studying computer science at UT Chattanooga and have also built game prototypes with Unity, Unreal Engine, and Construct 3.
