What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR or talent acquisition role where I can support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and positive workplace culture while continuing to grow in people operations.

At VAYUZ Technologies, I managed end-to-end IT recruitment, screening 100+ resumes, conducting L1 interviews, and coordinating structured onboarding and induction for new hires.

I also supported the development of VAYUZ’s in-house ATS by sharing recruiter-focused feedback to improve its usability. Using Claude and ChatGPT, I streamlined resume screening, job-description drafting, and interview-question preparation.

My experience also includes volunteer recruitment for Womenite’s #EndPeriodPoverty campaign and growing social media engagement by 20% at Stone Metal Scissors through consistent content creation and workshop support.
