My approach is highly data-driven: I used root-cause analysis to increase market share by 12% (FY24-25), migrated 65% of pre-issuance processes to OTP-based workflows (cutting policy processing time by 98% and reducing drop-off), and built revenue forecasting models using macroeconomic and disbursement trends to improve forecast accuracy.
