What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead a large, multi-site student accommodation or property portfolio, combining operational strategy, facilities delivery, governance, commercial discipline and stakeholder leadership.

At Durban University of Technology, I coordinate facilities, space and operational requirements across multi-campus academic, commercial, sports and student residence environments. I manage service requests, renovations, relocations, contractor performance, cost tracking and governance tools that support safe, functional spaces.

Previously, at Msunduzi Municipality, I oversaw operational matters across a 500+ unit rental portfolio, including leases, maintenance, tenant concerns, relocations, compliance and stakeholder engagement. I bring 10 years of housing, property and community-facing operations experience, supported by ongoing studies in Construction Management and BCom Law.
