Founded Suljhaav, which makes social-emotional learning easier for educators to run through resource kits, a website and an AI-supported lesson-planning tool. Researched the problem with 100+ students, parents and educators, piloted 32 resource kits reaching about 1,815 students, and iterated based on feedback, launching an AI tool that reached 300+ chats.

Worked as sole researcher, designer, builder and moderator on an AI-integrated learning platform for coaching, partnering with leadership to turn social-change goals into a viable product direction. Built a working prototype in Google AI Studio on Gemini and tested it with first-time users against thresholds fixed in advance.

Founded an app to help neurodivergent and international students offload cognitive load, grounded in primary research into student wellbeing. Secured a £1,000 award from the Lord Rootes Memorial Fund and planned the build as a formal project with work breakdown structure, critical path, and risk register.

Designed and planned campus-wide event programmes and workshops end to end, promoting equality, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing for a diverse international student community. Facilitated interactive, play-informed sessions and developed sessions on time management, productivity and sustaining motivation.

Selected through competitive rounds to work with an early-stage fintech social enterprise. Planned and delivered competitor and consumer research, built the value proposition canvas end to end, and planned the MVP testing and pilot.

Spearheaded operational strategy and scalable interventions for child safety and wellbeing in an early-stage organisation, including AI-supported tools and gamified learning resources. Designed a curriculum teaching child safeguarding to four audiences and researched international child-safeguarding standards to build a rubric for measuring school safety.

Led Project Abhivyakti, a state-wide arts-based SEL programme across Maharashtra, managing two consultants and 81 educators and working with local government, reaching 6,000+ children across five districts. Held the programme's donor-funded budget, ran end-to-end showcase events, and built partnerships with Mizoram SCERT and the EkStep Foundation.

Taught and mentored 216+ children in an under-resourced school in Pune, lifting average attendance from 16% to 83% through engagement, SEL and play-based learning. Managed year-end transfers and compliance for 55 students in year one and 76 in year two, and served on the Selection Review Committee, completing 86 first reviews and 30 telephone interviews.

Reported 16 news stories and anchored political segments.

Directed a documentary on the impact of a social intervention by the NGO Samarthak Samiti, screened at the Ministry of Environment.

Authored 20+ articles on human rights and social issues.

Conducted empirical research and data analysis on electoral trends and public opinion.
