I’m a detail-oriented Senior Process Associate with a demonstrated history of working in back-end operations across the healthcare and financial services industries. I’m known for accuracy, efficiency, and collaborative teamwork, especially when quality and compliance matter.
In my current role, I coordinate back-end operations for medical billing in dental practices and ensure timely, accurate processing of claims. I work across billing and payment posting, insurance verification, claims review, and multiple review queues including Adjustment Review and Aging and Recall Treatment Plan teams.
I bring strong technical skills in Microsoft Office and data management tools, and I’m experienced with claim denial prevention/handling. I also have knowledge of Eaglesoft, Overjet, Remotelite, Capline RCM tool, Eaglesoft agent, and LC3 rule engine—so I can support teams using the tools they rely on.
