What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a challenging role where I can use my analytical, development, operations, and team-management skills to improve processes, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction while continuing to grow professionally.

I've managed end-to-end revenue cycle operations for 28 dental clinics at Capline Services, including patient calling, credentialing, eligibility verification, billing, posting, aging, and denial management. I led seven teams of 120–130 employees while driving collection, turnaround time, productivity, and quality targets.

Previously at EXL, I managed insurance endorsement operations, client communication, SLA performance, process documentation, and exception-reduction projects. I also supported process migration in the US and bring hands-on reporting and Microsoft Office skills.
