At Lion Parcel, I own end-to-end first-mile and last-mile products across courier apps, operations dashboards, and client-facing delivery APIs. I sustain 95% pickup on-time performance while improving pickup flows, monitoring, and dedicated-area management.

I've integrated eight external last-mile vendors for domestic overflow and cross-border handover, and rolled out cross-area courier delivery to improve operational flexibility. I also rebuilt corporate pickup, launched failed-delivery reconciliation, and strengthened account security across four apps.

Previously, I owned Lion Parcel's Driver App and courier journey, including pickup dispatch, COD payments, payroll, and marketplace integrations. I designed the dedicated-courier stage and auto-assign engine, modernized COD through QRIS and Midtrans, and built anti-fraud tooling for deliveries and pickups.

My earlier work at Advotics and Bukalapak included route management, sales force automation, payment experiences, and merchant transaction tools. I turn complex supply-chain and operational problems into measurable product outcomes.
