At JnT Cargo, I deliver logistics products spanning customer information security, e-commerce integration, customer service systems, master data, and enterprise AI.

I strengthened customer data protection through phone-number masking, access auditing, account governance, and anti-fraud mechanisms, reducing internal information-security risks by approximately 90%.

I integrated leading e-commerce platforms with logistics systems, supporting real-time order, waybill, tracking, and after-sales synchronization that contributed to approximately 15% e-commerce order growth and 10% channel-revenue growth. I also built CargoGPT, an enterprise knowledge Q&A platform using large language models, and introduced OCR-assisted waybill creation.

I improve service quality and address governance through automation. My platforms process high daily ticket, claims, complaint, and exception-waybill volumes while reducing manual work, routing errors, and monthly platform penalties by approximately IDR 1 billion.
