I am a dedicated IT Officer with extensive experience in IT administration and support. My journey began with an Associate Degree in Information Technology from Limkokwing University, followed by various certifications from prestigious institutions like IBM and Google. I have honed my skills in managing computer systems, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring optimal performance for users.

Throughout my career, I have successfully implemented IT access administration procedures and maintained a high level of availability for Office 365 services. My role at Tisuka TakaNgwane has allowed me to develop strong interpersonal skills while assisting employees with their IT needs. I have also contributed to IT auditing at SNG Grant Thornton, where I assessed IT control environments and provided recommendations to enhance efficiency and compliance.
