I’m looking for an entry-level IT Support or system development role where I can troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, optimize workflows and ticketing, and apply security compliance while learning fast and building user-friendly solutions.

IT graduate with hands-on experience in IT support and system development. I’m skilled in troubleshooting hardware/software issues, optimizing workflows, and building user-friendly systems. I’m also adept in C++, Java, Python, and Linux, with a proven ability to enhance digital learning platforms and streamline ticketing processes.

In my IT Support & System Development internship, I troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues, install and configure computer systems, and maintain internal IT systems and documentation. I develop workflow optimization tools and conduct security compliance checks, balancing strong customer service with clear, reliable support that keeps operations running smoothly.
