What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can expand my IT support and help desk skills while building and improving web/app solutions and managing SQL/MySQL databases—ideally in a fast-paced tech or telecommunications environment focused on performance.

Motivated and detail-oriented Information Technology student with solid expertise in software development, web technologies, databases, and IT support. I’m currently serving as an IT Intern in the Development Department at Eswatini Posts and Telecommunications Corporation (EPTC), contributing to application development, web solutions, database management, and help desk operations while gaining practical industry experience.

I support users through Help Desk operations and technical issue resolution, and I contribute to Web Development and App Development projects using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and React.js. I also perform Database Management with SQL and MySQL, and I’ve supported Decision Tree systems and logic-based applications to improve operational processes—always focusing on high availability and strong IT system performance.
