Participated in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA SD Cloud and Fit-to-Standard workshops. Contributed to data mapping and business process alignment, and executed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and supported defect resolution.

Participated in Fit-to-Standard workshops, gathering business requirements and identifying PS-related gaps. Contributed to the design and configuration of SAP PS and SD solutions, and prepared functional specifications for PS-related processes.

Led the first implementation of SAP ProServ in a Private Cloud environment, designing and building it from the ground up. Integrated Customer Projects with SD and FI, enabling project-based Order-to-Cash, and contributed to design and configuration of SAP PS solutions.

Contributed to the design of a project-driven contract flow-down solution, linking contracts to downstream objects (POs, production orders). Supported integration of project structures with procurement and production processes.

Contributed to the design and configuration of SAP PS solutions, including WBS structures, networks, and project-related processes. Supported project lifecycle activities including planning, execution tracking, and cost monitoring, and participated in integration of SAP PS with SD and PM/MO.

Participated in the development and functional design of the SAP Cognitus solution for Aerospace & Defense companies (CIS-AD) and the SAP MRO Cognitus solution (CIS-MRO). Led a team of Tricentis test automation specialists, improving testing quality and efficiency.

Earned a degree in Industrial and Logistics Engineering from the National School of Applied Sciences in Tangier, Morocco, from September 2017 to July 2022.
