I’m a results-driven B2C/global process and design expert with deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and financial operations. I’m known for delivering measurable outcomes in SAP and other ERPs, even in high-pressure environments, while continuously improving process quality and financial performance.

Since 09/2022, I’ve led innovative SAP S/4HANA B2C solutions for Bosch entities worldwide, focusing on process automation and standardization. I analyse new B2C requirements, integrate add-ons (including cash application-related components like EBS and AIS, Dispute and collection, …), and support global deployment teams with end-to-end B2C process flows defined in SIGNAVIO.

My work is strongly oriented toward intelligent automation: I contribute to the B2C AI team to move toward a fully touchless (0-touch) processing model. I’ve successfully implemented standardized end-to-end payment processes across multiple countries and delivered AI-driven cash application capabilities that automate payment advice processing, invoice matching, and clearing—removing manual steps across the B2C payment cycle.

Previously, as a B2C Manager & Inventory Administrator (01/2019–08/2022), I led AR and credit management teams (9 FTEs) and owned B2C and stock count procedures across Africa. I developed credit policies and scoring models, managed credit insurance, automated SAP processes (including dunning and order management), and used tools like Power BI and dashboards to improve visibility for executive management; earlier roles further strengthened my foundation in credit management, AR operations, and SAP automation, including meaningful improvements in overdue rate and DSO.
