At Dell Technologies, I manage cross-functional data governance and data quality initiatives, coordinating workstreams and leading automation projects that improved accuracy and reduced risk across the customer ecosystem.
I use the DMAIC cycle to improve data quality processes, from measuring accuracy with SQL and Excel to automating controls and tracking results in Power BI dashboards. I also organize sprint-based delivery with teams across engineering, analytics and business.
Previously at Dell Technologies, I managed business intelligence initiatives, standardized KPIs and metrics, and delivered Power BI dashboards and executive analyses. Before that, as Governance Operations Manager, I managed governance documentation and led internal audits and corrective action plans to support data standards and compliance.
